To reserve a space, complete the Exhibitor Application Form included in the event brochure or visit the official event website. You can also contact the event sales team directly via the email or phone number provided. Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standard booth sizes start from 9 sqm, with options for larger customized spaces. Shell scheme and raw space options are available depending on exhibitor requirements.

• Fascia name board

Yes. Exhibitors who choose raw space can design and construct their booths according to their branding and layout preferences, provided they comply with the organizer’s safety and design guidelines.

Once your application and payment are received, the organizer will issue an Exhibitor Confirmation Letter and booth allocation details along with the participation contract and exhibitor manual.
